"Marchesa Mariabella" Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Organic. 14,5% Vol. Contain sulphites. Wine characterized by a high clay content. Once the fermentation in tanks it is placed in French oak tonneaux for 12 months, 6 months in the bottle. Hints of Cherry, delicacy and gluttony characterize the style of this wine. Massimago is a winery located in the valley of Mezzane. The winery is made of few bottles, selected grapes, precise hands, rigor and patience. It wants to express the authenticity of the land, be sustainable, consistent and innovative. Ideal with eggplant parmigiana.
