Description

Ricciaia Dolcetto D'Alba DOC superior wine. A wine with an intense bouquet, with notes of berries and spices. The taste is soft and fleshy on the sip, showing acidity and cohesive tannins, pleasantly bitterish. The producing company, La Biòca, is a small winery in the Langhe, where the workers are responsible for the production, refinement and sale of the wine, with only grapes from their own vineyards. Excellent with legume or vegetable soups, spicy dishes and main courses with seitan, potatoes and onions. Alcohol: 13.5%.
