Description

Ravioli del Plin stuffed with meat made from durum wheat semolina, wheat flour and eggs. Filling made of: beef, breadcrumbs, Grana Padano PDO cheese, bresaola, grated cheese, wine, flavourings, sunflower oil, onions, carrots, celery, dehydrated spinach, salt, nutmeg, garlic, tomato paste, black pepper, cloves, bay leaf and sorbic acid. Preparation: pour the product into salted boiling water and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes; drain and serve with a sauce to taste.
