Grey pinot Jermann IGP

Description

Jermann Pinot grey wine from Pinot grey grapes vinified partially in white. It has a straw-yellow colour with a slight antique pink nuance and an intense, broad, fruity aroma with excellent persistence. The flavour is dry, soft and particularly harmonious due to its full body. It's ideal with fish soups, grilled seafood and various preparations based on prataioli and porcini mushrooms.
