Description
Ligurian red pesto in extra virgin olive oil with cashews, Genoese basil PDO, whey powder, tomato pulp, tomato paste, dried tomato powder, cheese preparation, garlic, salt, grana Padano PDO, pine nuts, vegetable fibre and citric acid. The product is made by a local Ligurian artisan company. The use of sun-dried tomatoes gives the product a strong red colour and a penetrating flavour, making this pesto perfect to accompany our durum wheat trenette and trofie pasta or our organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat trottole.
