Description

Capers and almonds bio pesto in extravirgin olive oil with basil, parsley, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, hot pepper and mint. Ideal with trofie, trottole and durum wheat semolina shells pasta. It is a ready-made sauce, so it does not need to be cooked; if necessary, warm it up before adding it to the pasta. Produced by an artisanal farm with a closed food chain that grows organically following the natural path of its vegetables, embracing traditional Sicilian recipes.
