Paste di Meliga with chocolate

Description

Biscuits "paste di meliga" originating in Piedmont, in the shape of small short pastry doughnuts, dipped in extra dark chocolate cream. They are made by the artisan pastry shop Lamordidolce, awarded the prestigious mark 'Piemonte Eccellenza Artigiana', located in Langhe. Ingredients: wheat flour type 00, butter, sugar, maize flour, whole pasteurised eggs, baking powder, natural vanilla extract and extra dark chocolate. They are excellent as an accompaniment to coffee at the end of a meal, or to enjoy as a snack with hot drinks such as tea and chocolate.
