100% Italian extra virgin olive oil 'Il Novellino' obtained from healthy, young Italian olives through a continuous-cycle mechanical cold-processing process. This oil, golden yellow in colour, has a smooth and complex flavour, rich in fruity tones. This product can give exceptional flavour to any dish, especially raw on pasta with tomato sauce, hot soups, raw and cooked vegetables and salads; for a tasty aperitif it is ideal added to toasted bread with a pinch of salt.
