Description

Superior category 100% Italian Tumai Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained directly from healthy, ripe Italian olives and solely by means of continuous cycle mechanical processes. It has an acidity of 0.8 and is golden yellow in colour with slight green hues. Its aroma is fine, harmonious and sweet with a hint of spiciness. The flavour is smooth and complex, rich in fruity tones. The producer fully respects the western Ligurian tradition. This oil is able to lend an exceptional flavour to any dish, especially raw on pasta with tomato sauce, hot soups, raw and cooked vegetables and salads. For a tasty aperitif it is ideal added to toasted bread with a pinch of salt.
