Description

Nero D'Avola Sicilian 16 Filari DOC organic wine. A wine with a fruity bouquet of blackberries, cherries and raspberries, and a spicy tone of rosemary, tobacco and cloves. Taste of great structure with balanced acidity and fine, silky but lively tannins that give the wine the right liveliness and pleasant length. Produced by Case Alte, a winery located in Palermo that ensures careful and meticulous control of all stages of the production process, from the vineyard to bottling. It goes well with savoury Mediterranean dishes such as grilled meat, game, mature cheeses and pasta with meat sauce. Alcohol: 14%.
