Organic 'mozzarisella' vegetable food preparation made from sprouted brown rice, cut into julienne strips. Ingredients: water, sprouted brown rice, apple vinegar, salt, cold-pressed coconut oil, sunflower oil infused with oregano, lemon juice, agar-agar, gum arabic, xanthan gum and locust bean gum. A product suitable for cooking because it melts very well, to be enjoyed with vegetable and legume dishes or with summer salads. Ideal add to pizzas, bruschettas, sandwiches, toast and piadinas.
