Description

Typical Cremonese mustard made with candied blueberries and mustard oil. Made by a Cremonese artisan workshop that selects and hand-processes the best raw materials using natural ingredients and respecting the procedures and times of artisan processing. The methods, temperatures, and cooking times are studied to preserve the organoleptic properties of the raw materials. Perfect to accompany winter dishes and enhance the flavour of mature cheeses and desserts.
