Typical Cremonese mustard made from candied apricot and essential mustard oil. Made by an artisan workshop in Cremona that selects and hand-processes the best raw materials using natural ingredients and respecting the procedures and times of artisan processing. The methods, temperatures, application and cooking times are studied to preserve the organoleptic properties of the raw materials. Perfect for accompanying winter dishes and enhancing the flavour of rind cheeses and desserts.
