Wildflower honey

Description

100% Italian organic wildflower honey, obtained from various flower species growing in the hills of the Bergamo valleys of Val Seriana and Val Brembana. With an intense flavour and fragrance, it is characterised by a variable colour depending on the season, the flowers and the collection area. The producing farm follows ancient and sustainable production methods that respect bees and nature. Excellent with semi-mature and soft cheeses, fresh soft bread and toasted slices for an energy-packed snack or snack. For an extra touch of flavour, it is excellent combined with walnuts and hazelnuts or as a salad dressing: with raw fennel, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, oranges, black olives and extra virgin olive oil.
