Lime tree honey, produced in the alpine and pre-alpine of Val Brembana, Val Seriana and Val Taleggio. It is characterized by a color that varies from light amber to amber, it can have yellow-green reflections. It has a persistent sweet, the smell is intense, pungent and penetrating.
