Thyme honey

Description

Honey with thyme small treasure produced in Sicily on the mountains Iblei mountains, in the province of Syracuse, characterized by an intense amber color in the liquid form, from beige to hazelnut in the crystallized form. The smell is intense floral and has a taste with particular salty notes. The farm that produces the honey follows ancient and sustainable production methods respecting the bees and nature.
