100% Italian organic thyme honey, produced in Italian mountain regions. It is characterised by an intense amber colour in the liquid form, beige to hazelnut in the crystallised form. It has an intense floral aroma and a flavour with distinctive salty notes. The producing farm follows ancient and sustainable production methods with respect for bees and nature. It goes perfectly with mature sheep and goat's milk cheeses, fresh soft bread and toasted slices for an energy-packed snack or snack.
