Tonic and consistent flavour with a pleasant fruity aftertaste. The producing company, Fattoria di Petrognano, is a family of oenologists who value tradition while emphasising environmental sustainability through the production of organic wines. Excellent with typical Tuscan dishes such as ribollita, cured meats, mature cheeses and grilled meats, it also goes very well with pizza and first courses with tomato sauce. Alcohol: 12.5%.
