Eggplants fillets in sunflower seed oil

Description

Aubergines sliced in sunflower oil produced fresh in Italy. Ingredients: aubergines, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, garlic, chilli, oregano, acidity corrector and antioxidant. Ideal as an appetiser with cheese and cold cuts, as a side dish for main dishes, to enrich salads, bruschettas and sandwiches or to season pizzas and focaccias.
