Orange and nut marmalade

Description

Orange and walnut jam with oranges, brown sugar, walnuts and sultanas. Excellent as a filling for croissants and brioche, to stuff tarts and crepes, or to spread on toasted bread and rusks for a sweet awakening. Artisanally produced by a company located in the heart of the Seriana Valley, which makes typical products from Bergamo, following the local tradition but with a focus on new recipes, elaborated with genuine, seasonal raw materials, processed strictly by hand. It contains 65g of fruit for every 100g of finished product.
