100% Italian organic durum wheat semolina macaroni rigati ai 4 sapori with turmeric, spinach and tomato. Handmade pasta, bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. Produced by a pasta factory in Chiuro, a small village in the mountains of Valtellina. The ridged structure allows them to adhere perfectly to sauces, making them perfect for tomato sauces with basil, or even creamy cheese-based sauces. Thanks to their texture, they are also excellent au gratin in the oven, enriched with béchamel and cheese.
