Durum wheat semolina lumaconi rigati with turmeric

Lumaconi rigati of 100% Italian organic durum wheat semolina with turmeric. Handmade pasta, bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. Produced by a pasta factory in Chiuro, a small village in the mountains of Valtellina. Pasta with a distinctive character, which, thanks to the turmeric, has a slightly earthy and spicy aroma that goes particularly well with rich, full-bodied sauces or preparations with vegetables.
