Red chicory cream

Description

Red radicchio cream with sunflower oil, water, onion, red wine, corn starch, salt, white wine vinegar, stock preparation, pepper powder, garlic powder and acidifier. The product is deep red in colour, with julienne-cut pieces of radicchio, amalgamated and with a creamy consistency. It goes perfectly with first courses such as risottos and pastas, is excellent as a sauce for seasoning white or red meat, or as a base for crostini and bruschetta enriched with walnuts or speck.
