Potato gnocchi with 00 flour, corn starch, wheat starch, skimmed milk powder and egg yolk. Cook in boiling water and drain as soon as they come to the surface. Ideal for creating typical dishes such as gnocchi alla sorrentina or to accompany sauces and pesto.
