Fresh potato gnocchi, with potato flour, salt, wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, egg powder, corn starch and wheat starch. Cook in boiling water and drain as soon as they rise to the surface. Ideal for creating typical dishes such as gnocchi alla sorrentina or to accompany sauces and pestos.
