Teriyaki sauce glaze with sugar, water, wine, soy sauce, salt, caramelised sugar syrup, modified starch, concentrated apple juice, spirit vinegar, ginger powder and xanthan gum. Ideal product for making sushi, marinating tofu, seitan, fish, to accompany fried dishes, to prepare and accompany Asian recipes such as Chinese dumplings, soy noodles or pad thai.
