100% Italian organic durum wheat semolina fusilli with tomato. Handmade pasta, bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. Produced by a pasta factory in Chiuro, a small village in the mountains of Valtellina. Thanks to their spiral shape, they hold sauces well and go perfectly with fresh or cooked tomato sauces, or simply with grated cheese, herbs, capers and olives.
