Fungata silana

Description

Fungata silana in extra virgin olive oil made from mushrooms, wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, parsley, bay leaf, salt and citric acid. Ideal as an aperitif spread on toasted bread, with crackers and breadsticks, or as a side dish for fish dishes. Handmade with artisanal methods, using quality local raw materials from the suggestive Sila landscape, where flavours of Calabria, the Mediterranean and spicy meet.
