Description
Type "00" wheat flour, water, olive oil, milk, brewer's yeast, salt, malted wheat flour, sugar. Preparation: put the frozen focaccia in the hoven at 180°C for about 6/8 minutes. We recommend serving it "alla ligure", cut in thin slices and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.
