Yellow in color straw yellow with light green highlights, it has a soft and creamy. It has hints of white fruit and delicate fresh vegetable aromatic. The winery that produces the wine is located on Mt. Santissima in Franciacorta Gussago where they produce wines from Franciacorta organically respecting the combination of grape variety- environment and the characteristics of the grapes enhancing and preserving their quality. This wine goes well with fish appetizers, vegetables and fresh cheeses.
