Franciacorta Brut Noble Blanc de Blancs DOCG organic. 12 % Vol. Contain sulphites. This wine is creamy and smooth, has a straw-yellow color faint with green highlights, the bubbles are fine and well amalgamated. The bouquet is elegant and refined, expressing hints of flowers and aromatic herbs, all nuanced by vanilla notes typical of pure chardonnay. The winery that produces the wine is located on Mt. Santissima in Franciacorta Gussago where they produce wines from Franciacorta organically respecting the combination of grape variety- environment and the characteristics of the grapes enhancing and preserving their quality. This wine goes well with fish dishes such as tartare and seafood crudités.
