Description

Caramelised figs made by cooking frozen figs and mixing them with sugar and lemon peel with added caramel. Ideal for enriching sweet dishes such as cakes and tarts, as topping for yoghurt, ice cream and panna cotta, or paired with mature cheeses such as gorgonzola and pecorino.
