Description

Red kidney beans with water, salt and calcium chloride. They are ideal for creating soups and stews, such as the classic pasta and beans, or in summer salads, combined with tomatoes, onions and avocados. They are also perfect for preparing chilli con carne, Mexican dishes such as burritos and tacos, or as a base for vegetarian burgers. Their texture and strong flavour also make them excellent as a side dish, sautéed with garlic, oil and spices.
