Description

Dogajolo Toscano Rosso IGT wine. A wine with a full, smooth flavour and a vinous, fruity aroma, with hints of cherry, pleasant hints of vanilla, coffee and spices. Produced in Chianti by the Carpineto winery, which operates with full respect for the environment, using renewable energy and eliminating the use of additives and oenological aids of animal origin, thus obtaining a sustainable, high quality wine. Excellent with meat dishes such as roasts, grilled meats, or game; it also goes well with mature cheeses and savoury first courses. Alcohol: 12%.
