Jam made with red currants. Produced by a business located at the heart of Val Seriana, it makes typical products from Bergamo, following the local tradition and discovering new recipes, processed with genuine feedstock, seasonal and handmade. This product is suited for filling brioches and croissant, pies, crepes or to spread on toasted bread and rusks for a sweat morning awakening. Prepared with 65g of fruit per 100g.
