Description

Extra jam made from figs, sugar, mixed-flower honey, lemons, vanilla, cinnamon, pectin and cloves. Excellent as a filling for croissants and brioche, to stuff tarts and crepes, or to spread on toasted bread and rusks for a sweet awakening. Artisanally produced by a farm located in the heart of the Seriana Valley, which makes typical Bergamo products, following the local tradition but with a focus on new recipes, elaborated with genuine, seasonal raw materials, processed strictly by hand. It contains 69g of fruit for every 100g of finished product.
