Description

100% Italian organic durum wheat semolina shells with spinach. Artisan pasta, bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. Produced by a pasta factory in Chiuro, a small village in the mountains of Valtellina. Thanks to their shape, they are ideal for holding sauces and vegetable dressings, such as courgettes or cherry tomatoes. They are also excellent cold in pasta salads for a fresh and colourful dish.
