Sweet and sour IGP Tropea red onions with wine, wine vinegar, cloves, bay leaves, black pepper, cinnamon, salt, sugar and citric acid. Perfect on toasted bread, focaccia and baked goods for an appetizer or late afternoon snack. The product is hand made with an artisanal method, using local high quality feedstock of the suggestive landscape of Sila, where flavors of Calabria, Mediterranean and spicy meets.
