Pre-cooked and frozen gluten-free and lactose-free buckwheat ciabatta. Ingredients: deglutinated wheat starch, water, brown rice flour, maize starch, extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, sugar, de-lactose skimmed milk powder, sunflower oil, vegetable fibre, salt, whole buckwheat flour and thickener. Ideal on the table as an accompaniment, or stuffed with cold meats and vegetables.
