Gluten-free frozen ciabatta with deglutinated wheat starch, water, brown rice flour, corn starch, extra virgin olive oil 3%, brewer's yeast, sugar, delactose skimmed MILK powder, sunflower oil, vegetable fiber (Psyllium, chicory inulin), salt, whole grain buckwheat flour 0.5%, thickener (guar, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose). Ideal on the table as an accompaniment.
