Reserve wine vinegar 25. Obtained from the selection of the best hillside grapes aged in oak barrels. A product with an intense and persistent aroma and a slightly acidulous and pungent taste. Perfect for seasoning salads, raw fish and marinating white meats; also goes well with grilled vegetables, seafood and fresh cheeses. Acidity: 7%.
