Vanilla baking powder for desserts

Description

Instant vanilla baking powder for cakes, with raising agents, corn starch, stabiliser and flavouring. Thanks to the instant leavening, which is activated by water and the heat of the oven, simply sieve it and add it before the liquids to the dough; then place the cake in the preheated oven and do not open while baking. Ideal for preparing soft pastries, shortcrust pastry and soft cakes. A 16 g sachet is suitable for up to 500 g flour.
