Description

Pre-cut and frozen panbrioche, made with type 0 soft wheat flour, chicken eggs, butter, fresh sourdough, caster sugar, compressed yeast and salt. Preparation: store at a temperature of -18 °C, then thaw, consume as it is or brown in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes or on a griddle and then stuff as desired. Ideal as an accompaniment for both sweet and savoury dishes and is also excellent toasted.
