Half cooked ham

Description

Half-cooked ham with pork, water, starch, flavourings, salt, dextrose, gelling agent, antioxidant and preservative. In the production process, the boned and trimmed pork thighs are syringed with the brine containing ingredients and additives and then massaged in a churn. Ideal on pizza, to stuff sandwiches, piadinas and for appetisers.
