French brie

Description

French soft Brie cheese made from pasteurised French cow's milk, salt and milk enzymes. It is a cheese with a light rind, an uniform, creamy texture of an edible white colour and a consistent milky taste; its rectangular shape makes it easy to slice. Perfect on crackers or slices of bread, but also combined with seasonal fruit.
