Vegetable whipping cream

Description

Vegetable-based whipping cream sweetened with water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat, sugar, stabilisers, milk protein, emulsifiers, soya lecithin, salt, flavourings and beta-carotene. It is an excellent alternative to animal cream: its vegetable fats make it perfect for all sweet recipes, achieving excellent performance and perfect whipping success. Instructions for use: before whipping, place the product in the refrigerator until it reaches a temperature of between 5° and 8°C; it can be whipped in a planetary mixer, with a whisk or with a simple whisk.
