Frozen hot dog bread

Description

Traditional pre-cooked and frozen hot dog bread, with type 0 wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar, wheat gluten, skimmed milk powder, egg yolk powder, butter powder, potassium sorbate, salt and flavouring. The product has a soft consistency with a delicate and appetising flavour. How to use: heat in the oven at 180°C or directly on a fry top.
