Description

Fruit pectin gelling powder with starch pectin, disodium diphosphate, dextrose and tricalcium phosphate. Ideal for making fruit nappings, fruit jellies, fruit pâtés, icings and jams. Instructions for use: mix with sugar and add citric acid; boil at 105 °C and let cool.
