Italian durum wheat semolina paccheri pasta di Gragnano IGP. The product is made using bronze dies, resulting in a rough, porous pasta with a lively, full-bodied texture and a rough, opaque colour. The pasta has a strong flavour of durum wheat and allows for even and uniform cooking. They are a very versatile pasta format: they adapt to rich and succulent sauces of both meat and fish, can also be made stuffed and are suitable for baking.
