Description

Italian durum wheat semolina spaghettoni pasta di Gragnano IGP. The product is made using bronze dies, to obtain a rough, porous pasta with a lively, full-bodied texture and a matt, rough colour. The pasta has a strong flavour of durum wheat and allows for uniform cooking. They are a versatile pasta format that is suitable for numerous combinations: they can be served with simple sauces such as tomato and basil, but also with richer condiments such as carbonara, cacio e pepe or vongole.
