Description

Spicy Capocollo from Calabria. This is a precious cured meat with an intense flavour that has very ancient origins; it is salted, flavoured and matured for a long time. Ingredients: pork, salt, Calabrian chilli pepper, dextrose, sucrose, smoke flavouring, black pepper, antioxidant and preservatives. Store between 2°C and 8°C; after opening, store in the fridge and consume within 7/8 days.
