Description
100% Italian cooked grape must in a glass bottle. This is a typical product obtained by boiling freshly pressed grape juice. Boiling takes place over an open fire for 4-5 days. The must has a liquid consistency that is brown, homogenous, viscous, slightly opalescent and without deposits. The product is stored at room temperature between 4 and 30°C in a dry place. After opening, keep the product in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
