Halloumi cheese sticks

Description

Halloumi cheese from Cyprus sticks breaded, fried and deep-frozen. Ingredients: Halloumi cheese, wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, thickener, dextrose, salt, wheat starch, raising agent, whey powder, yeast, stabiliser, colouring agent and parsley. The product has a savoury cheese flavour with slight spicy and savoury notes typical of white cheeses, together with hints of olive oil and breadcrumbs. The texture is crispy on the outside, while the inside is elastic and firm. Cooking method: fry or bake in the oven or air fryer.
